COVID-19 Special Protocol
Thank you so much for your ongoing support, patience, and cooperation in these very trying times. We are doing the best we can for you and your beloved pets and are grateful to be part of a community that is doing so well to keep the spread of the virus so well controlled.
We are constantly re-evaluating how best to do appointments in these uncertain times, keeping in mind the health and safety of our staff, our clients, and our patients. We have been pleased with how our current method is working and will continue taking histories outside and bringing your pet in for its examination and/or treatments as long as we can with the current mild weather conditions. As the weather and Covid situation changes, we will also change accordingly.
We will continue curbside pickup for all food and medications indefinitely until the Covid situation is back under control. Please call or ring the doorbell at the bottom of the stairs to let us know you have arrived. If this is inconvenient, please remember we do have a webstore that delivers your food to your front door. Please ask us for details.
Please note that the extra strain on our phone system has made it difficult to get through to us, especially at certain times of day. If you have non-urgent questions, requests for food/meds, or updates, please consider emailing as we do check email regularly throughout the day.
